About the event

About the Event

Access in Action: The Parent Workshop is a hands-on, welcoming workshop created for Baltimore City parents who want to feel more confident navigating their child’s school information. This session is open to all families, whether your child has an IEP, a 504 plan, or no disability at all. Schools increasingly rely on digital platforms like Infinite Campus and ClassDojo, yet many parents are expected to use these systems without ever being shown how. This workshop exists to change that.

During the session, parents will learn how to:

  • Access and understand grades, attendance, and updates in Infinite Campus

  • Use ClassDojo to communicate with teachers and stay connected to classrooms

  • Know what to look for, what questions to ask, and when to follow up
